The probs with calling them is that 1. the item might then be sold out and 2. they might be able to tell that you didn't have priority/VIP allocated to your account in the first place?

When i worked there as long as the orders were placed on the same day we would always refund P&P charges to just the one, regardless of number of orders placed.

OMG it worked, chairs are coming next sunday morning!! (I will be up and dressed at 7:30 to accpet that delivery!! )

For those that are having problems.....
- The VIP slot doesnt have a place for free delivery so dont bother!
- Go in on the allotted time slot and fill out your account details.
- Make up a password.......when you submit it will tell you the slot is not yours. DONT CLOSE THIS WINDOW.
- Open a new window and just go to next.co.uk
- go to quickshop and put the codes in that you want with GV5 as the last 3 numbers
- Items should come up as sale price when you add to bag!

If you are logged in still, go to the 'contact us' section (bottom left hand corner) and click 'email'. Your account number appears in that email.

having plced an order earlier today with full prices shown and sale price in red underneath i foned cust services they said my invoice wld show sale prices my total bill was over £800 full price and just checked my account and they have taken full price amount off remaining credit!
