Sorry to say Debs34 but if your email confirmation had the full prices on it then its more than likely that when the items come out they will be invoiced at full price as well.
When you've received the items though you can make a list of the ones you are keeping and call them and say you had VIP but have been charged full price - computer error etc? We used to have loads of customers doing this and would nearly always give them sale price on those items - providing there wasn't loads and loads and depending on who you speak to!

The only other thing is if you have enough credit order them all again usnig the methods and links on here and only confirming if sale prices show? And then either cancelling first order or returning it when it comes??

For those of you who have worked for them. Are the free delivery codes applicable for the sale items? I have put two orders through and been charged delivery for both. If I were to ring up and say I had to do both orders as I accidently finished the order by clicking wrong button and I have a free delivery code would they take both charges off do you think?

Hiya Sarah, as long as both the orders were placed on the same day and you explained techincal glitch etc we would def take one off for you and more than likely the second one as well if you said you had a code. It really does depend who you speak to but most of us were pretty lenient.

Another question.......... Do they normally do the shipping for next day delivery on day one of a sale or is it actually 4-5 days like they say? Im going away on Saturday and although not the end of the world would like them before then.

It really does depend on how early your order went in and how busy your courier is. You might be lucky n get them friday alot of people do.

lol know what you mean about wanting it all, but hey why not Next make enough the rest of the year )

I was just thinking the same about delivery as we go away on Monday morning and i have said on account to leave contact details (presume that means of courier) as i would rather know they were there than on my doorstep
