Do salw items need to be returned within 10 days? is it not normally 28 days like other stuff?

On the account if you return something before 10 days then you will never pay for it. These will appear on your statement though showing a credit and refund. If you wait 28 days you may have to pay for it before you get a refund.

2 of the things i have ordered say delivery 1-2 weeks and on confirmation email state delivery according to stock status - what are the chances of receiving these?

next have really messed up here when i placed 1st vip order only 33 items went through then the 2nd order well no record of that at all. just had to reorder what was left in stock which wasnt half as much. lets see if this order goes through!
