Sooooo frustrated!
I placed an order last between 7 - 7.30 during my VIP slot and luckily all that I wanted was in stock. The order said confirmed yet I am still to receive my confirmation email and my account balance is still showing as zero
Rang customer services and was told that they cannot see any orders on their system until 1 working day after an order has been placed and the cut off time is 5pm, so I now have to wait until tomorrow to see if my order will be fulfilled or not.
I also spoke to their internet department and they told me that I would have to wait 48 hours before any order shows on their system and despite my objections I was informed that nobody would be able to tell me if my order was successful or not. If it isn't then they will take my order again over the phone tomorrow????!!!!
I am not holding out much hope that what I wanted to order will still be in stock tomorrow :mad:
Next customer service is really poor during Sale time. Now I just have to wait and hope that I get my order...

One of my items is wrong. Should I call them or just take it back to store next week with the delivery note, which won't show the item, cos it's wrong!!?? Never had to take anything back before??

I ordered £480 lastnight at VIP slot and had a email straight away confirming.

I forgot to order a dress that I want and have tried but it comes up as full price although under it it says sale price.

Last sale it happened to us and all we did was ring next and they said when the items arrive and you keep them phone back and they have noted on your account that you have been charged full price and they will amend it when you confirm that you are keeping the items...........hope you understand bit long winded ha ha

Yes you must ring them else you won't beable to return the item

Thanks, when should I ring them though, cos if I want to take it back next week should really ring now, but don't want to be sussed!! Or should I just ring on Monday and then take it back midweek??
