I have just phoned their internet customer service line again and spoke to a very helpful man, who put me through to one of his colleagues. She checked my order for me and told me that only one pair of trousers had registered on their system from my order last night. God knows what happened to the other 18 items that I ordered????
The lady then put me through to their priority sales line and I gave the remaining items on my list over the phone. Luckily everything bar 2 things were still in stock.
If I were you I would insist on ordering your items again. You can easily just send any duplicated items back. Better to have too many items than none. The first man I spoke to in their customer services even told me to do this!
Let me know how you get on. Hope it all goes through OK for you.
Hi georgie, thanks for info. :beer: The woman said for me to re-order them then went away and cam back to say wait.. they already had on their system id phoned twice so next time it will be my fourth..
Truthfully, Ive thought about it and If it come it comes..if not then so be it. I've been on here for three days now looking at the info, joining in the chat and trying to help others aswell as myself get the code early or go through our VIP slots and now my heads hurting so much i cant face ringing them again. :mad: They werent much help to me but i appreciate everyones help:T

Sorry I am lost now. I got onto the VIP slot and entered my account number and postcode etc. and password which it said was incorrect and then was told to go to the bottom and click on 'my account' but when I did this it just went to the normal page not the sale page. Is this right and if not then can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? Better still can someone just put an idiots step by step guide to what to do and I can try again? Also has anyone got any earlier VIP slot codes than 1pm? Thanks, thanks, thanks! Sue Xxx0

This is correct. When it takes you to the normal page, you then need to click on quickshop.
Enter all your item numbers on quickshop, remember to change the last 3 digits to GV5.Debts:
Loan: £1496.86
Overdraft 1: £763.13
Overdraft 2: £169.41
Overdraft 3: £940.79
catalogue: £600
Other: £100

have you ticked the box to say you want emails to confirm your orders ect? for those of you waiting for an email confirming orders make sure that they have all your details and tick boxes for email confermation ect.0

Why is everyone putting in GV5?
I put my order through last night with the normal X39 ending and it all went through at sale price and I got my confirmation straight away.__________________________________

Hi Sam
I never received a confirmation email for my original order, which is what made me concerned that there was a problem.
I would advise anyone who doesn't get a confirmation email to phone Next and ask them to check on their system to see if your order was processed correctly. If it isn't then you will be allowed to re-order straight away on their priority sales line. I didn't like the idea of waiting 48 hours before I was told if all was Ok with my order - now I am glad I didn't!
