3 VIP slots are being hosted on codesmill.co.uk.
The times are from 11.30am to 12 noon, 12 noon to 12.30pm and 1pm to 1.30pm.
thanks very much:D0 -
if you want email confirmation, you had to tick the box. as it was quite small and near the bottom of the screen, i think alot of people might have missed it, so therefore wont get confirmation
i placed my order at about 9.50 last night and didnt get email confirmation until 3am this morning, so things are slow
i think your account automatically reduces your balance when you place your order, so you can see how much limit you have left. if you then log out of the site and come back to view your account, it will show what the amount you currently owe is. as payment isnt taken until items are dispatched, then your credit limit will be back to the pre-sale figure, as they havent been sent yet. making sense??

The box that is ticked to say you want email confirmation is defaulted automatically to "yes", so even if anybody didn't notice it, then they should still get an email confirming their order.
If they unticked it by mistake, then that would explain no email from Next0 -
Suelew- I used the quickshop and typed in the codes (I used GV5 for the last 3 digits although some people say this isn't necessary).
I placed 2 orders this way and had confirmation emails immediately

Has everyone checked their spam/junk mail folder? Perhaps the confirmations ended up in there?

Not sure. I am so confused now though as some people have said I need to click on quickshop and others have said it didn't work for them. Why can't it just be simple for me0

- Click on relevant link
- Enter your account number, DOB, postcode etc and for the password type ANYTHING
- You should be denied a VIP slot
- Click on 'My account' at the bottom of the page
- That should take you to your account, then go to quickshop
- Enter your product codes into quickshop
I followed these exactly as said but I did replace the last 3 digits from the item codes to GV5 (not sure if this is neccessary but it worked).
I made 2 orders using this method and had confirmations.
I just hope everything turns up
