If you're interested I am going into Next as normal, not using any VIP links or anything. And if you browse the Summer '07 catalogue and then add to bag it shows items as full price with sale price written in red underneath. Does that mean I could then get them at sale price?0

Couple of things I ordred were maternity items, although it didn't say that on the sales listing  I'm pleased with all the other things though
Hi. In answer to your previous question - Next always send me at least one thing that I didn't order. I just write on the back of the returns bote what they have done and I have always received a refund.
I never take directory stuff back to a store - I package it up, request a return, and my usual delivery lady collects. That way I don't have to traipse to a shop and she gets paid by Next for picking up my returns ( we don't pay ). They always sign your invoice to say they have collected and give you a returns sticker.
By the way - wonder what woulhappen if you took the wrong items in today without a 'receipt' would they give you a refund card for the full amount as the sale doesn't officially start in stores until Saturday??!!??0 -

Well I would take them back today or tomorrow - before the sale starts if you can.0

I would doubt it. The online sale for Joe Public hasn't started yet, so in theory you are just ordering as normal.0 -

Hi thanks for your reply. I have no stickers on my bags with a courier number so thought I would just take it back to the store. I didn't mean which is the best way, I asked when is the best time, i.e Monday etc, hope that clears things up0 -
