Bloody hell,
surely the hoarding would improve if he was happier where he was living?,
is there anyone that you can go to for help to get this decision reversed?,
that seems a really poor excuse for not giving you the move,
hugs,

I'm angry to be honest
Was pushing to get in here 2 weeks before we can actually move to new place for some reason.
She started talking about a policy regarding 'excessive belongings' strangely it doesn't exist. I have gone mad because when I requested the policy I was sent this.
(b) Care of Your Property and Common Parts
You must maintain your home in a tidy and clean condition and avoid creating/prolonging conditions which cause infestations. The xxxxxr Housing Limited reserves the right to serve notice upon you to ensure that this requirement is met and to carry out, if necessary, any remedial work (including removal of rubbish, fumigation etc.) where you have failed to do so.
Its boxed toys and games, not rubbish, not food nothing that can cause an infestation and the flat was and is clean.
I sent them pics of it today to show this.0 -
So really you can have as few or as many belongings as you choose as long as they are tidy and the place is clean.
Is there someone higher up than this worker and can you go to them, there must be a formal complaints procedure.
Please do take care of you, I suspect you are so stressed you are putting yourself last ,Ireally hope you can reason with them,
thinking of you,
Charlie.0 -
I'm going to request that someone who hasn't called me a dirty tramp does the inspection Friday I think

That is truly appalling melly. They knew your circumstances before they even offered you the place. And anyone who uses vocabulary like that about a tenant deserves to be complained out of a job. Completely unacceptable.
If you have the energy, take it as high as you can and outside of the organisation as well. I'm fuming on your behalf.
Not that that's much help to you at the moment, but still. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
If we had an infestation so would next door
Neither have ever been treated

It's incredibly cruel to offer you a move and then take that offer away.
Channel that anger towards a calm, concise, unemotional complaint about the way you were spoken to and the way you have been treated regarding the promised move. Refute their 'policy' as not being relevant.0 -
Still furious0
