I'm wishing you all the luck in the world Melly. As well as getting your GP to sign you off please mention you've had a couple of left side attacks . It's strange how your mention of migraines took me back to when you were really ill with TIAs .My head is like an over loaded hard drive but it does come in handy at times.


I'll be sending give the keys to Melly vibes tomorrow. Once you've moved think about whether you can continue work . I know you feel better mentally when you work but you need to find a balance for your physical health too . Maybe there'll be a part time option but that can bring the added stress if you need to top up income with benefits .
I'm assuming your husband is on PIP and ESA support group and that can be a nightmare in itself .


Anyway lots to think of but give your poor head a rest, make the call about the keys and talk to the doc. That's enough for now.
I'll be out from mid morning tomorrow and dd has a late afternoon appt in a hospital not in our local area . I'll be thinking of you and will catch up early evening. Try to get some sleep love.

Already booked it Cal I know I need to.

It is linked to doing too much, just wasn't this bad when OH was in hospital oddly?
We have achieved nothing today really OH is struggling and my heads sore lol x

Glad you booked it. If I have told you once, told you a million times you are doing to much and your hours all over the place not good.


You come first and everyone else second if you don't you burn out and no good to anyone.
