If you go today you can ask any and all questions that you need to. And have a dialogue about what will be most helpful to you. A two way process. Which is a good thing because you know you need help.
If you don't go they will be more worried about you, you might continue to struggle and potentially in the longer term it could trigger things happening that you have less control over.
Do your best because although not knowing is scary, you're still the boss when you get there. And they respected your concerns when you spoke to them before.

Tomcat came in, ty waited on the bench and pickle came with us.

Tomcat on the mend then? Gitdog is in kennels till after new year. I did miss the elbow in the bladder and the dead legs more than I expected last night.

I'm thinking of you Melly and wishing you well . Get todays appt over and you will know what the plan ahead is which is better than worrying .
This day and your husbands CMHT appt in January are the best chance of some balance and happiness returning to daily life and we all wish that for you both .
You've already tackled the housing so BGKs on and know we are all wishing you well .

One night I dreamed a dream.
I was walking along the beach with my Lord. Across the dark sky flashed scenes from my life. For each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand, one belonging to me and one to my Lord.

When the last scene of my life shot before me I looked back at the footprints in the sand. There was only one set of footprints. I realized that this was at the lowest and saddest times of my life. This always bothered me and I questioned the Lord about my dilemma.

"Lord, You told me when I decided to follow You, You would walk and talk with me all the way. But I'm aware that during the most troublesome times of my life there is only one set of footprints. I just don't understand why, when I need You most, You leave me."

He whispered, "My precious child, I love you and will never leave you, never, ever, during your trials and testings. When you saw only one set of footprints, It was then that I carried you."
