Polly, there is no need to worry about the leccy - there is a very boring explanation for this. In the past, it was easier for power companies to predict times of high demand - such as tellies going on at 3pm for the Queen's Speech on Xmas day, people getting up to make a cuppa once Corrie has finished etc. These days, we have so much more appliances which use electricity which makes it much harder for the power companies to predict the high demand. So your weak spots/outages were more than likely because your supplier hadn't generated quite enough to cope.

just got in from xmas seaside break with all family had a lovely time at Butlins! never been at xmas before crazy price :eek: but was paid for by daughter xx

Cats were spoiled by in laws they cooked them their own xmas bird ! came round 3 times a day for cuddles cat nip and dreamies!

just catching up on emails will unpack car tomorrow! and start the washing and back to re homing more bits xx missing knitting :cool:

Tomcat has fallen out with me
Abscesses are on the way back up so have bathed them a lot today, last one was very very warm salt water, then the spray I got, then the green balm to stop it scabbing.

Seems to be working
If still up later in week will take him back to PDSA.

I am going to be good and not use tomorrow as an excuse to take him. I have to attend my assessment.
