That's why I end up staying up far too late - haven't got the heart to turf Gitdog off my lap. Doggy cuddles are the best.

That's the separation anxiety, isn't it? And maybe also picking up on the tension when things are bad. I've read it can be a sod to deal with. Have you had a look on the pet bit of the forum - kylyr had posted some useful stuff in the past. Although it's possibly a bit much to tackle right now with everything else that's going on. What about those diffuser type thingies - did the vet suggest anything like that?

They did, have used them they make no difference poor girl.
She works herself up when I'm not with her too the state she wees herself.
