Melly I guess there is no fuel in the car . A quick search shows you can claim back reasonable travel costs , would the friend you mentioned a week or so back lend you a little money until the travel cost is refunded ? Sorry I can't think of anything else unless you have enough change around the flat to cover it for now .

Fell at the docs hurdle

OH has just had an almighty including crying meltdown at the thought of going to the docs

Have cancelled the appointment
Given him a huge hug try and calm him down
About to go get painkillers into him and will massage him the calms usually

Poor OH and poor you, he is really, really scared. Try the Doctors appointment again when he doesn't have the PIP appeal as well, both might be too much for him in one week. Crossing everything that it all goes well tomorrow and hopefully that will give OH a little boost to get him to the doctors. I know you both love each other very much and he is a good man really, he has just been hurt and let down so much and is now very afraid.

Hang in there both of you, have another cuddle together.

He really needs his fluxetine reviewing, it's not working

I am not going to make him go tomorrow (he's back to going at the moment) it helps if they see him but I am his appointee so they can do it with me and our help.

He was shaking, sweating and crying
It's really not good.

I think we need to get him moved NOW and go slowly with the other stuff like councilling

I agree, Melly he is in a very fragile state right now. I really could kick that therapist for forcing him to look at everything in his past and then leaving him to cope with it all, it would have snowballed on anyone. It's such a dangerous thing to do to a client.

If he can make it tomorrow then that's great but if he can't that's ok too. There is no point in him going and ending up putting himself in hospital as a result.

Luckily the appointment was with the GP that knows the situation and won't let him get shouted at for the late cancellation.

We had the therapist (who in her defense thought and recommended his care was continued) then this FSW

OH has just told me again about her lying (that's how he see's it and is what he has now focused on) about MIND help with the utility bills.
What kind of idiot denies saying something to someone who has memory problems?
