He's so skittish I donto want to scare him WS

It's taken ages for him to trust us enough to allow stroking.

He slept all day today (OH)

Gonna start painting the kitchen tomorrow it's where he spends most time and it's vile
It looking nicer may boost him a bit

Hi Melly Quick one from me I feel really tired tonight after the last few humid nights . Fibro has kicked in so just posting to thank you for the last picture you posted - there are times I wish I was a well loved cat ! both of them look so laid back and happy .
I hope you get a good sleep tonight and will have you in my thoughts for appointment tomorrow . Hope all goes well and will catch up tomorrow .

I'm so pleased this morning went well , I had been wondering about meds I assume your husband is on both pain and mh meds sometimes a better balance makes a world of difference.
Anyway you've done your best so here's hoping it will make a difference .
Any chance that your oh would agree to take a short walk with you and the dogs each day ? It may help him get a bit of structure back . I know shutting himself off is not good for either of you maybe baby steps could help .
Sybil Another here with cat envy . I've had cats all my life until a few years ago . Real life means it isn't possible to be here for them as much as needed so I get my cat fix from Mellys .
If you are going to start the kitchen today Melly please pace yourself and don't overdo things .

Cats do like demanding attention.

Was it food you took in to OH? If so, what would happen if you didn't?

I'm prodding around the sides here, not because you need to answer me (you really don't, if you want I will just lurk and adore the cat pics) but in the hope it may show a way in to OH. I'm worried for both of you.
