Nearly thirty years ago I was in a mental ward over Christmas. There was a very clear divide between those who wanted to get better and those who didn't. I suppose you can guess the likely outcomes. There were one or two there who hung onto their illnesses as a way of manipulating their families.

There is a good chance that if he doesn't want to get better then he will get worse. Sorry to be gloomy. I strongly suggest a look at this.

I think he's scared of getting better. This behavior is a link to mum if he rejects it he's rejecting her IYSWIM

The cats are keeping him alive
Last night the idiot upstairs kitten fell out of the window and landed on my open window
    Pickles hissed at it
OH who is nicer than me woke em up to come and get it (its very small)

Hopefully the docs will have some suggestions

    HI Cranky

I will post a pic of the other stray that's moved in
    He is currently entire
Almost feral (lovely ish with me but prone to claw with the largest claws I have ever seen)
He was dying and is now starting to show his actual character (if he doesn't stop bullying pickles he will be rehomed now I know he is going to live)

    Every one meet stripey tigerbabies

    And have another pickle pic

I love your cat pics. Desperately envious. Still no cat here.

WS I need to take some advice about tiger as he has gained strength he has started bullying pickles
    I think he fancies her

He's semi feral so getting him in a cat box again isn't happening (last time was hard enough) any advice?

I don't think rehoming through them is a good idea as he is semi feral and hates being confined.
