It's less about there Meri more that they have without any medical evidence (Which has been offered repeatedly) assessed a suicidal man who has a degenerative disease who now needs help in and out of the shower as not needing to move.
Got MP involvement also going to make it clear that if I have a stroke (high risk cos of hemiplegic migraine) or anything happens to OH I will see them in court (or someone will if I'm in hospital).

Ribs still hurt and bruise starting to come out on knee.

Plus point OH has been good today. We snuck off so he could have a love and he's witch hazel'd me again.

Dear All, does this sound angry enough?

    Hi All,

Thank you for the letter which I received over the weekend, I am confused as to how, with this attached communication you can believe that a move is not urgent and can wait 5 years, as it clearly states my husbands mobility is decreasing due to a degenerative disease and he is suicidal.

Does he actually have to kill himself or do I need to have a stroke to be assessed as urgent?

As you can see I have stated several times that there will be doctors reports available, why were these not taken?

This is particularly upsetting when I know you moved a member of the TRA next to his girlfriend for less than we are currently dealing with.

As stated in my earlier communication (attached) XXXX is not able to visit my property tomorrow as I am trying to juggle a suicidal husband, hemiplegic migraine, upstairs noise level damage to property snotty notes left on meter boxes etc. and trying to still earn enough to pay your rent so I will not be available.

I would like to remind you of the Fiona Pilkington case and draw your attention to the very small sample of correspondence I have advising you of our situation. I would also like to remind you that the situation upstairs exists due to Housing Assoiciation contractors telling them we were making a fuss about nothing (please check this with XXXX XXXXXX as I spoke to him directly afterwards), and then give Housing Association the opportunity to resolve the situation by either a move to a bungalow or a move to under no 23? XX XXXX Croft (XXX's flat)

I would apologise for the tone of this email, unfortunately I have no patience left, its being used up trying to gain further support for my husband and trying to ensure the situation upstairs does not escalate further and have had several hemiplegic attacks over the weekend thanks to upstairs.

I am going to seek legal advice.

    Yours Sincerely

You have a Psychic Housing Association? how could they possibly know just how long your MIL would require tenancy? or did some Evil Cow notify them she would be going into a hospice?

Right getting a call from one firm tomorrow between 9 and 10am. Will take advice from them on whether there is to be any meeting or whether we need everything in writing.
Having been down this road before I veer towards writing

even if there is a meeting - take a notebook and write down as much as you can! or even better a Dictaphone. I bought son one as he is fed up of his HA promising to do repairs, replace windows, doors etc and then denying the surveyor said any such thing. Little do they know that EVERYTHING they have said in the last couple of months is on tape. and even now shows them to be liars.
