well I just got that exact one as well so they must be sending a stock one out en masse when the email stack piles up.
But they are again missing the point, we know it's not available, what we really want to know is why and when will it be back up so we can cash out!
So true, I must have over £250 ready to cash out {I just wish as a sideline} they did Amazon Vouchers.
Like the rest waiting I hope they sort out as I could do with some towards Christmas:(0 -

Has anyone else received this email today?:
"We have been experiencing some technical problems with our rewards process; this has resulted in you being awarded with more points than you should have. In order for the balance to be accurate, we have corrected your points so you will see subtraction of points from your account."
I've had 7,000 points removed in three separate transactions since yesterday. So I'm now on -650 points. But I've had a look through my points statement and I can't see any occasion where I've been given extra points (plus I'm sure I would have noticed at the time). Does anyone know what this is about?0 -

I have the same email and have 2 debits of 500 points and 2500 points, I see on my account that I appear to have been credited twice for the 500 so fair enough they have taken them back but there are no credits for 2500 on my account, so have no idea why they have taken them.
I have sent an email0 -
I have had 1000, 250, 5000, 1250, 1000 taken with descriptions that simply don't add up.. they all say purchasing 5/11 or 6/11 but those credits were correct and I haven't cashed out since October. I'll be contacting them as I know my balance was higher before they started messing around and apparently mistakenly adding points than it is now. Not happy.Anchor yourself to the foundations of everything you love.
Thank you to all those who post competitions!:beer:0 -

My debits said for purchasing 6/11 too.
Thing is i don't even have a credit of 2500 showing on my account at all, let alone the date i've supposedly been mistakenly 'given' them.
Looks like I got away lightly compared to what you and the previous poster have had taken!0 -
I've had 14,000 taken :O Definitely sending an email, that's crazy! I'm not sure I've earned that much in the last 6 months let alone recently since they redid the website0

I've had 12,000 deducted  The amounts seem very random.
What an absolute mess this whole thing has turned out to be, and all because they tried to allegedly "improve" their website. Nothing wrong with it before so they really should have left well alone.0
