    Just been trying to phone them- they don't seem to be answering. I have already sent two emails and not had a response from either (one sent Friday the other sent Monday). I still have a backlog of items to add for the last 3 weeks now because they update their systems.




    I'm a bit worried about this to be honest. Does anyone in the business world have any info on how the company is doing trade wise?

    well they're part of Kantar, so I would expect other panels such as shopandscan to be having similar issues and they're not, they in turn are part of WPP Group.

    According to their December 2015 filing their balance sheet was £1,992,768, after a loss of £1,071,385.

    I would hope that this is merely incompetence rather than a symptom of something more serious.

  • I am in same situation had several deductions of 500, 2000 and 12500 etc I've never had such duplicates. I can only see maybe one or two weekly checkouts were duplicated but not what they've deducted to leave me with minus points

    It's ridiculous , same boat in that new purchases and survey points not added and it's so close to Christmas and they made a mess!!

    I emailed too on Thursday but no reply.


    Does anyone know the xmas cut off date to order vouchers as I hope they rectify it soon :(

    Festive Cut Off Date

    To maximise your chances of receiving your vouchers prior to 25th December, we suggest you place your order by Friday 9th December

    They must be swamped out with emails right now so I'm not even going to bother yet. Keeping a note of my points so that I can get it all sorted when their system is running properly again. I did have some problems just before all this happened which was put right after an email to them so I'm not worried.

    Shop & Scan do have a problem currently with transmission of data if you use a palm to record shopping.
    I spoke to them today as the palm I have is not responding at all so I cannot even enter my shopping. Although they are sending me another palm I was told the transmission problem will probably take a few weeks to resolve!!

    I've just had a Debenhams Loss Prevention Manager declare as fake a £10 Debenhams voucher received from Consumer Pulse a while ago.

    Mind you he also said a £5 Love 2 Shop voucher (from a different company) was fake too.

    Anyone else had problems with voucher redemption?

    I've come back to say I tried phoning Consumer Pulse but the organisation which actually deals with the awards has normal office hours and was closed. The person I spoke with (who would have helped with input questions, I think), had not heard of a problem with fake vouchers but took a note of my concerns any way.

    Regarding the statements showing accumulation of points, he said they were hoping that the IT people would have sorted it out by the end of the week.
  • Just checked my account and i appear to have been credited some points back, but they still don't amount to what was taken :(

    they are now asking why it is so long since I entered my purchases!!
    Doh!! maybe it has something to do with being unable to access all of the site!
