My balance is showing as -17,000 :mad: I can't make head nor tail of the statement, it's showing loads of deductions but none of the inputs I have made this week. I don't know how it can be a negative balance when I had 15,000 pts before they started messing around with the site last week.

I've emailed them so now wait to see what they have to say.

I've had 5 debits totalling 16,500 all together as follows:

3 x 2000
1 x 10,000
1 x 500

makes no sense at all, someone has messed up big time

I've been lucky only 6000 points removed, like others I have emailed and will wait to see what happens.
A case I think why "fix" something that works??

I still cant input my purchases, have had points deducted, so have claimed the points I have so far.

no still not able to here and I agree it is total rubbish now.

The developers they are employing must be completely incompetent because I simply cannot understand what can be taking them so long to fix it (unless they have no intention of doing so).

35,000 points deducted! Emailed them on Thursday but no response yet

It took 3 trys but I have now managed to get my purchases on and yesterday was able to request vouchers. Lets hope they hurry up and get the site back working the way it used to be and all these problems are sorted.

Seems like CP know there is a problem re points removed, I emailed and have had this back from them

I emailed Friday morning and still had no reply. I did the 400pt survey on Saturday and those points have not been added. They've really messed the site up since changing the layout.

I haven't had a reply yet either, emailed Thursday evening. I haven't bothered dong the 400pt survey yet as I didn't get credited the points for purchases i entered last week.
