I have phoned their helpline this evening. The advisor said they are aware that there is a problem and are working to fix it, although this may take a few more days.

    Well lets hope they do!
I can only use chrome, and even then it is a struggle at times
and after all that, the points are not being added

I have had an email tonight explaining how to fill the new form in, but it still isn't working
half the form is missing, there is no continue button, and the points are still not updating!!

I had a similar email response to my report of the problems as well. Suggesting that it might be me not understanding the new layout, which is absolute rubbish.

They are completely missing the point, although extensively described to them, that there is a big big problem with the new site that needs fixing ASAP.

Sadly it sounds somewhat plausible. Far too many websites these days are trying to optimise their sites to be better for mobiles at the expense of people who have been using PCs since the days before mobiles were even in use, and still want to continue to do so.

So I don't use ipads, or want to access the internet on a mobile phone, but I do still want to be able to do the things I always have done before website designers suddenly start changing perfectly usable sites and messing things up.

Unbelievable - after my reports of the problems I got an email from them today telling me the answer to the problem is to use Chrome! Durrr! Missing the point entirely....I am getting more annoyed with their attitude by the minute.

I will not use Chrome due to privacy issues and certain security concerns. I have a room full of PCs and laptops here, using both Windows and Linux and a selection of tried and tested browsers. None of which work with their updated website. The problem is theirs and the inadequacy of their website designers to do their job properly. They seem unable, or unwilling, to acknowledge that.

I have been in this game far too long to be fobbed off with this sort of rubbish.

    They are soooooo dismissive.
I am surprised not more people are not complaining on here
Sadly I did it on DD ipad and it works fine
With a lot of fiddling about I can do it on my pc too, and the points are being added (although not so sure about the weekly points just for logging in)
I am keeping a close eye on my points, but I am not a happy bunny. x

Rather annoying that although I can supply my purchase info over the weekend I cannot do a claim for the rewards section as it is down for new updates. Being this close to the Christmas period I would hope that the delay is not going to go on too long and we can start claiming our rewards.
