So the website has been down for a couple of days & they have tweaked it, and now I cant seem to enter the shop I purchased items from, no drop down lists.
    Is it just me?

no it's not just you, I can't do that either. They have obviously broken something with the 'upgrade'
I emailed them yesterday about the problem but have not heard back yet.

As you can't enter that info it won't let you go any further so it is very frustrating.

tried on 3 different browsers, none with pop up blockers. Tried on 4 different PCs as well to rule out any possible individual machine 'funnies' - no difference which leads me to conclude there is something broken at their end.

it works for me now but only on Chrome
however I seem to have to log in between each purchase, and I am not convinced I am getting any actual points added, although the purchases are being recorded

mines absolutely fine. wonder if it has something to do with cookies before they changed over? I can even see credit for the survey and points for last week.

All cookies have/had been cleared so it's not that. My son has done some exhaustive tests and has said that their new website only appears to work with Chrome, which is frankly ridiculous as not everybody uses that, nor should they have to.

I have emailed them yet again, as there was no reply to my original one, because they really need to get this sorted out ASAP. I suggest anybody else experiencing problems does the same so they are made aware there is a massive problem with their upgrade.

Why on earth don't companies thoroughly test these so called upgrades/improvements/new websites before they launch them on people

we would be happy being guinea pigs for sure testing.

yes I use chrome but I meant my cookies as I haven't cleared them for a while purposely.

Since the new Web Site was introduced I have added many purchases but my reward points are not being added. I have tried 3 different browsers. There does seem to be problems with the new system.

I have phoned their helpline this evening. The advisor said they are aware that there is a problem and are working to fix it, although this may take a few more days.
