Worked fine for me in Chrome.Anchor yourself to the foundations of everything you love.
Thank you to all those who post competitions!:beer:0 -
Will be interesting to find out (if we ever do) what has happened. I just received my weekly reminder to log into the site and still the same thing happened, click the enter shopping details and taken to the page saying survey is out of time. Checking further after Smeeth's post (above) I tried logging in with Firefox, Chrome, IE and Opera and had exactly the same negative response.0

This problem is really strange as I have just signed in for weekly login without problem and had no problem over the weekend either.0

I attempted my weekly log in this morning around 8.30am and got nowhere, was still taken to the same survey out of time page.
After seeing the post from Redagila (above) I decided to try again (around 9am) and still got nowhere using Firefox browser. I deleted the Consumer Pulse cookies again and still nothing.
Then I opened the Google Chrome browser and typed the web address by hand for Consumer Pulse rather than use a bookmark. And it worked.
I have been able to enter all my purchases from the last few days (and that was a lot), they all entered fine and when I had finished the correct amount of points were being awarded plus the points for the weekly login.
Not sure if this was just a glitch for some of us or perhaps there was a little problem at the Consumer Pulse end. But it worked fine for me after 9am this morning so perhaps others could now have a try (and don't be afraid to try different browsers before giving up).0 -
Worked fine for me - using my usual browser (Fire Fox), though I do type address in any case.
In fact it had remembered that, on 2 January, I had got as far as entering the number of items I had purchased in each category that day and so took me to the entry for the first one.
A New Year glitch I think.0 -
It seems there was a problem with Consumer Pulse. I have just received an email from them stating they have had some technical issues with their website and that all is now resolved.0
