Is anyone having problems entering items for their shop? When I click on the box with the shopping bag to enter my shopping, the next page just tells me 'The survey is out of time. Please click here to go back to our panel.' I've just tried ringing them but although they didn't mention that they weren't open, I was stuck at No 1 in the queue for ages, so gave up.

I am having the same problem. Have tried many times to enter items purchased but get the same message as you are getting.

Yes I am having the same problem. I haven't been on there for about 2 weeks because busy with Christmas and I thought for a minute they had thrown me off the panel because of it!

Just tried and no problem for me! I'm using my PC and on IE.

I've been having the same problem since yesterday, tried it in Chrome and IE.

I thought I would add that today I have had exactly the same experience when trying to enter my shopping. This has not happened before, nor has it happened over the Christmas period when all was running fine. The rest of the Consumer Pulse site seems to be working fine for me, it just doesn't want any new shopping entries.

I did email Consumer Pulse through their website. I thought better of trying to telephone given the experience of one of the forum members. No reply as yet but likely staff have been on leave for the Christmas and New Year period. Will be interesting to see what has happened.
