call back and say if you had known you were going to be removed from the panel you wouldn't have transmitted anymore so would not be losing the points you have earned. Ask them to honour whatever you had in your account in £s ie £3

I am having a problem with logging in. I am able to log in but then it is showing an incorrect id with 0 points.




Better not have taken me off the panel without any warning as I have a large number of points waiting to be used.


Is anyone else having similar problem?

Yeh I had that email too, shame we can't take part as it looks good. None of my friends want to be reffered, they think its hard work lol.

I have a few that want to sign up but can only refer 3.
