noticed that some have said they do grocery surveys as well as the telecommunications survey. Are these invite only? I do the telecommunications but not had any other extra surveys xxMum, wife and dinnerlady!0

Thank you for helping us with our internet panel. The information that you have given us has been very useful.
Every few months we have to review the panel to make sure that it is representative of the population as a whole, and then make any changes that are needed.
I regret that our latest check has shown that we have too many panel members in your region of the country, and that we will thus not be able to continue to collect information from you.

I hope that that sentence in bold was meant to be completed in some way - such as "after that time" or to refer to "points equal to less than a full voucher value".0 -

I phoned them today, they say I don't have enough for a voucher I've no way to dispute this as they closed the account.0
