Rewards page is working again now. Looks as though they have updated it but still not giving Amazon vouchers!

Do consumer pulse only allow you a capped amount of points per month you can collect including survey points?

I have just entered some items expecting points awarded at the end and it stated 0 points which to me means i have used up my monthly total. I know i have not used my total but did complete a survey worth 2000 points earlier this week, am i right in assuming that survey points are not awarded extra to your monthly totals then as i thought survey pointd were outside of your monthly input of items.

You get 500 points on the first 20 items you enter each month plus 500 points weekly as long as you sign in. If you have no shopping you need to enter "0" to get the weekly 500 points.

Survey points are awarded on top of these. It usually takes 24 hours for points to appear on your account.

Look at FAQ and this will give you all this information and more.

Has anyone ever requested to change their email address with cp. I sent an email to change mine as the one linked to my account had been hacked and now I can access my account, with my old or new email. I'm worried I've been thrown off the panel :(

Mine for both above aren't on either.I had an email last night saying that I didn't appear to have completed the telecoms survey and to try again through the provided link.clicking it takes me to the survey completed page,as does clicking it from my home page.Maybe they have had a problem at their end. so will chase it up tomorrow.

I think they're definitely having a few gremlins! I entered my items yesterday but they didn't appear to 'send' so I started again later (on another device) and as it went through I noticed the amount entered had doubled up to 16. I emailed to let them know and they replied today apologising for the error and they'd amend the total entered....but I could keep the extra points! Thought that was very good of them. :)

This happens to me quite frequently.

I wrote to them and received a reassuring reply offering an apology for the delay in awarding points for the telecoms survey. However, the missing points have not yet been credited to my account.
