In response to feedback from our panel we have recently changed our incentive scheme to allow our valued panel members to be paid for more purchases per calendar month. The total allowed points per month still add to the same amount so you can still earn up to 10,000 points per month merely by entering your purchasing into our website! You can find some useful information about the survey by clicking on the 'FAQ' tab on the home page.

oh, well i entered a load of shopping today from the past while and even though it was well over 20 items i was only given points for those 20

Just wanted to add my experience of Consumer Pulse.

I've been trying to order some Odeon vouchers for the last 2 days but couldn't get past the Orders and Returns Policy page so I decided to use the contact us form on the help page to try and resolve my issue.

Minutes later my phone rings and it's a really helpful assistant from Consumer Pulse who's just received my email and wanted to confirm some details with me before ordering the vouchers on my behalf.

I wasn't expecting an email reply for a good couple of hours let alone a phone call minutes later! Well done Consumer Pulse.

Hi I have joined Consumer pulse recently and have recieved an email asking me to complete a telecoms survey, the email contains a link to go through although when I log onto he site I cannot find a link from there, is this normal, just a bit confused there is no link from the site. Thanks for any help in advance, to be honest does not take alot to confuse me most days!

I have a telecoms survey to complete too and mine does show on the website aswell. It shows on the right of the page under 'Current Surveys' with the survey title in orange. Whenever I have received a survey email, there has always been a link on the website for me.

Yes thats normal, just do it from the email link

edit: I'd never noticed before, but yes there should be a link on the site, as above

Thank you for your quick responses, it does not show listed under My surveys but I shall complete it from the email then, was getting all excited about the extra points! Thanks once again.
