Arghh!! Just received an email this afternoon saying that they have reviewed their membership and have too many members in my area, so my account has been closed!! I've been with Consumer Pulse about 6 years so will miss the vouchers. I've to phone them within 8 weeks if I want to redeem my points. They have rounded up my points to the nearest 10,000 as a gesture of goodwill but think this will only have been a few hundred points.
Anyway else been kicked off?0 -

I was kicked off a year ago but when I called they said I didn't have enough points in the account to redeem so I got nothing.0 -
Received the usual telecoms survey email and it says 500 points (instead of the previous 2000) per survey. Still get the 3000 points per year bonus for completing all surveys. But there was no email letting you know about the drop in points (bit in the same vein as FOTG where you get points per visit now instead of by item!). :-(0
