Mine was for 500. I've emailed to let them know they've made a mistake ;)

How do you all record your boxset viewings?

Would you let me know what they say please? :-)

For FOTG - I got 650 points last week - or 65p - for what seemed like forever to input the info - I went out to eat twice and bought quite a bit "on the go" - but mostly from the same place. I think I need to submit each purchase rather than all in one go for each place - which seems ridiculous!!!

My Telecoms survey points dropped to 500pts in October. It took months to get a response has to why. This is what I finally received,

    Dear

Thank you for continuing to be part of Consumer Pulse.

It is now time for your monthly telecoms update questionnaire.

As always we would ask you to complete this questionnaire as fully and accurately as possible, as this will give you the potential to earn future rewards appropriate to your profile. You will be awarded 500 reward points for completing the survey. This is an essential part of your Consumer Pulse membership.

In this survey you will also be asked about any telecoms bills you have paid during the last 28 days, it may help you to have the bills with you whilst you answer these questions.

Remember there is a further bonus of 3000 reward points available if you complete a year's worth of questionnaires consecutively. You will only receive this bonus once per year.

I think this telecom survey one must be a bit hit and miss, I have just checked my history and found that each time {for the last 12 months I had 2000 for the monthly ones and the 3000 for the yearly one. I must admit I do not read what the email says apart from it is time to do it but perhaps a quick check on your history will let you know if you got 500 or the 2000 points.

Just received a reply from them about the 500pts.

    Thank you for your query,

The telecoms survey reward has been bought into line with other surveys currently being conducted by Kantar Worldpanel. The reward is reflective of the time taken to complete task; however the bonus remains the same for completing 12 consecutively.

    Thank you,

    Consumer Pulse Team

Really disappointed, the amount of info I have to gather together for 3 mobiles, landline and broadband and streaming options - it's not worth the effort.

I did mine for march and got 2000 plus i then got my 3000 points, If they lower it to 500 i will just lower the amount of info i have to input.

That reply is rather strange as I received the 2000 points this month & really don't input much as only have 1 mobile for me which I hardly use & our landline & internet are with 1 provider.
For me it is more just confirming previous information.

Perhaps they are reducing points gradually - will just have to wait & see.

I think that's what it must be since another poster mentioned theirs reduced back in October and others are yet to reduce

Oh no. I am sad to hear that some people have had accounts closed and that the points seem to be dwindling. I was saving my points for a few years and managed to get myself 3/4 of a brand new laptop (I paid the 1/4 in hard cash). I will be really sad if they do a cull in my area and I get the chop. Boohoo!
