Haven't posted on here for ages but I saw your diary and was motivated by what you've achieved so far. I also understand what it is like to have a poorly animal - very pleased to hear doggy is doing well. Keep going with all the good work and hope the morning sickness improves!0

Woohoo so pleased - my first 8 items have sold on EBay for £90.21!! I have a few more things finishing tomorrow so hopefully will reach the £100 Mark to get another 2% of the debt paid off. So pleased. Good start to the weekend.LBM April 2014: Every Single Penny Counts

Caught the eBay bug! Paid 2% off my debt with stuff sold. So pleased as it's stuff I won't wear anyway as I am pregnant and oncei get back down to a normal weight I am hoping I will be able to treat myself to a nice little capsule wardrobe with pieces that actually suit and flatter me. I think I have shopped our of habit instead of considering what looks good on me!
Hoping to be able to pay off another 2% by next weekend - going to list lots of items tomorrow.
I'm nearly there with all the kids clubs - no payments then until summer term which should help with paying off debt a little quicker between Feb -April.LBM April 2014: Every Single Penny Counts

Uch - ups and downs, ups and downs!
Really struggling this monthdoing my best but there are so many things to pay and I really feel like it's all just too much.
I have started de cluttering the house - hoping to live more simply this year. Just feel like there's too much 'stuff' in our house. Went through all the kitchen cupboards today - 3 black bags of rubbish, 2 bags for charity and all loose change found has gone in the 'sealed pot challenge' tin.
The way I feel at the moment - I would sell EVERYTHING to get out of debt! I was off work last week due to really bad morning sickness (11th week and it'n not better yet.) I hate being so exhausted and moany - DH has been amazing thank goodness!
I did manage to get my tax return stuff all sorted last night though which is positive.
I think I'm going to make an appointment with the doctor.LBM April 2014: Every Single Penny Counts

ok - so after the major freaking out session and a major sit down and go through EVERYTHING - we should be debt free by July 2017! it means pulling the purse strings very tight but I feel better. I haven't factored in any extras from ebay or extra time working so with a little bit of luck perhaps even sooner? who knows!! at the very least I am beginning to feel more in control and I have a plan.
stand by for crazy debt busting......
