    :cool:Right then...

Roughly £7000 on Barclaycard and that's the debt I'm going after first. I want it gone by the end of the year...so I had better get started!

Going to do this by any means possible and I am feeling determined...SO DETERMINED!

Ok - 10 items on eBay today. Many more going to go up too

Today I need to buy carpet for the baby's room and paint for the feature wall. Small room luckily so hopefully £60 will cover both. We aleeady have magnolia paint there leftover.

Also going to have a little look at the ASDA baby event online to see if I can stock up on nappies and wet wipes!

Lidl food shop went well on Tuesday - we needed a big shop as I had used everything we already had in the freezer/cupboards. Came to £80. Going to try and stick to that amount every week or less.

Bought DS and DD new sandals from Sainsburys after getting their feet measured in Clarks

I think they both have enough short and tops for the summer weeks - don't plan on buying more for then this year unless essentials.

Need to out some money aside for school uniform in September and start a little pot for their clubs to make sure I can pay for that withou my worry.

I have cancelled Weoght Watchers and Gym membership and now need to phone Orangs to sort out my bill with them - it's way too high!

I don't think there's much else for now.

Just lots of bits to do...
    Trying to keep ploughing away!

Well today I just feel like I have a long way to go....but I am going to remain positive :)

I am selling lots of bits in eBay and have a couple of items in gumtree too.

I have started selling some of my maternity clothes - 12 weeks left to go before baby is due and I have sorted a nice little capsule wardrobe for myself. Everything else is going! I am officially on count down :)

Not sure what to do about maternity leave yet... I think I will make it to May half term (2 more weeks). I'm supply but SMP will cover my part of the family bills which is positive. It'll then be about being frugal and money savvy which is all good as I'm in the zone!

Hi both! Thank you for your posts - sometimes I feel like I'm lost in debts and sometimes I feel like I'm making headway! It's exhausting and a bit of a rollercoaster.

I was hoping to make it to the end of the school term before starting maternity but as I work two jobs I will be finishing supply teaching this half term (in one week)! eek! It's a bit scary but as this is my last pregnancy (3 is plenty!) and I haven't been feeling very well - I feel I need this time to literally relax. I don't usually put myself first but luckily my gorgeous hubby has had a promotion and therefore we won't be losing out on that much. It came at just the right time. We are also going through re-mortgaging with our rental house and will be re-mortgaging our own home in September. Hoping both payments will be reduced which would free up more money to throw at the dreaded credit cards!

We have three years to be completely debt free before DD2 goes to school. I am not looking at my husband's CCs anymore - he is trying to bring those down and I'm working on the 2 CCs in my name. It's obviously all our debt but it makes me less panicky being able to break everything down into manageable chunks.

I have had a little break for a couple of days with ebay. Need to get back to it as I have made over £200 throughout May. I do like to de-clutter too! I'm slightly obsessed with getting rid of clutter at the moment. Maybe I'm pre-nesting!

Food shopping is better now I'm at home more too - I have more control which is helpful and I'm either doing shopping online with ASDA or a weekly shop at LIDL (depending on what we need). I'm trying to reduce waste.

Next job I feel is to sort out the children's toys. They have too much!
I like the idea of rotating toys but never seem organised enough. That's the next thing....

I would also like to start using my sewing machine more too...starting with a couple of things for the baby's room :)
