Been to work tidying and sorting there. Feel a bit 'odd' - dunno why.
Cleaned kitchen before I went but DD is currently [STRIKE]incinerating[/STRIKE] cooking some meat and 'inventing' a stew. Front windows washed outside and sill too, to remove Miss Muddy Paws' prints. She jumps on the sill to show us she wants to come in unless the window is open and then she uses that as a cat flap.

Got most jobs in town done. Had a cuppa in the garden with my friend, so lovely on our sundeck.
Need to get my butt in gear now and do some flying or someting. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Good grief, it's Tuesday already..Thanks to Dusty and Natty..Completely lost the day yesterday, time was strained on Sunday meeting my NZ Uncle for the first time mainly because the EX had been shouting at me before anyone was aware they were at the door (they had parked down the street rather than park on my drive). EX stayed hidden upstairs instead of helping with the youngest skints and DD2 missed them by 5 minutes by getting back late. DD4 managed to kick a drink over on my clean carpet (I tried the Pink V@nish Handbag things.....not overly impressed to be fair)and splattered a family certificate that had survived over 60 years before my lot got near it. Dinner was a near on disaster as the BD was affecting my co-ordination trying carve meat was a nightmare and DD3 who is vegan would have refused to help on principle, so left her chatting with the family.
Oh well, you never get a second chance to make a first impression, so that's it ...who knows what they really thought......right back to flying....
Kitchen counters put back to normality today, and a quick hoover downstairs to suck up the last of the Pink Handbag powder.......but I think I will stick with Sh@ke N V@c next time.
Been to J0bC£ntr£+ today ....more appointments, more stress......tempted to call it a duvet day today, but I don't want to loose all of last weeks hard work. The cold never bothered me anyway0 -

Going to have a gentle day, I might scan some photos I hoiked of my sister, to send to my NZ family (they saw in person the other day, but would be nice for them to be able to keep them) then I think I will call it a day and start afresh tomorrow. The cold never bothered me anyway0 -
Hello everyone,
Sounds like a busy day for all today. We were out most of the day but I still managed to get some jobs done. I got the most fabulous bargain on an oilcloth tablecloth: £3.50 for 2m. It's perfect and I'd priced a similar one earlier in the week at £35.
