    Blue badge is only a parking permit.

    What sometimes happens is that the previous owner dies and the car is sold on by the family not knowing that the disc belongs to the person not the car.

    Ah ok.

    I'm gonna go to the Post office tomorrow and see if it can be sorted over the counter, and then decide whether it's worth chasing the fella up.

    He tells me he bought it from a guy who taxed it for him. The seller is not disabled.

    Look at my post above - you can do both at the same time.
