i understand what you are saying cjj - your dd seems to be doing ok, you need to concentrate more on yourself :)do the glitches that will save you money or give you extra treats, but none of them are worth making yourself ill over.

    Bilge alert!!

Inspired by the song in the Eastenders trailer before the news on BBC ONE, I thought I recognised the song, of which this is the 'proper' version:D:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lb0mj0w3jnQ

Gawd, that one on the TV was such a dirge (with apologies no doubt to those who like it, no really!:rotfl:) but I've Googled around (on youtube) and it sounds like this is the same one as the above link:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=REM-ZOPh3f4

Lol - it says "speed up a bit". Speed up? That's (the 'sped up' version) the slowest acceptable version to me, quite a normal and sleepy tune whilst the 'slowed' (or original) version, or non-"speeded up a bit", however, you term it, is quite plainly impossible, boring for me to get through. Can you speed up the "sped-up" version please? It's alright but a nice sleepy tune, could do with being a bit more normal, thanks! I've had a look around and don't seem to have been able to find quicker ones than that 'sped-up' quite slow one, but I'll settle for that. I could have fell asleep on BBC ONE though!:rotfl::D Wonder what FC thinks:D:D:D:D.

Firstly, either I'm seeing double or you are repeating yourself! :p

I like her but not this song. It's way too dreary and speeding up doesn't do anything for it :D

.......Don't you start making me watch weird you tube clips  I get shown several a day as it is!! :p..........(joke I don't mind really :) )

Unfortunately you are at that stage. We all been through It. So pleased with ourselves to be getting free stuff handing it round etc.

Then somewhere along the line you realise going to have to stop handing it out and go about your glitching and enjoy the spoils quietly

    :)

It really isn't worth stressing or getting ill over. We have next to no income. OH has a pension, I get odd bits and pieces from work when I can do it. We live mostly from savings that we've managed to gather over the years.
I used to feel very annoyed that I was having to use my savings to live on :o and then I realised that's exactly why I had savings in the first place! After having a blast as a youngster I adapted my Dads rainy day attitude........and unfortunately my rainy day came :(
I have read all the views on benefits etc with interest today but it's not something I like to give my view on. Everyone's situation is different.
I certainly would be spending a lot more of my savings if it wasn't for being here. We manage to maintain a pretty good standard of living despite our circumstances
interesting point. as some of you know my job is still uncertain, and dw and I have spoken about it at some length. but the fact that I shop the way I do means we can get by with a lot less money than most. but I also know our glitches may dry up at anytime.
and to change the topic a little--
where is deedee and the fat one from Scotland? :D

I wish we could all go out glitching together. Even though there isn't a supermarket big enough to hold the elite :rotfl:

Didn't do very well in sada today but on reflection my three glitch shops were paid for with apg and a small amount of c ash so not really "lost" just smaller apg amount, win some, lose some I suppose.
