    I really hope your situation improves. Shouldn't your ex help with some of the council tax debt?

    He should have to pay half I think. However as I have no true address for him because he's sofa hopping they cant chase him for it so it lands on me as its added on this years bill :(

    Yes, my new SOA takes the discount into account :)
    The arrears aren't any less though as its from last year.

    Not such a good day I've had to borrow money to cover some bills :o

    So this week is about be tight again so I can make sure I can pay back what I've borrowed and still pay some of the debt :o:(

    Will I ever get straight :cool:

    The kids still are in desperate need of clothes, I really can't put it off any longer either :(

    Boring, depressing update :cool:

    Still heading the right way even though I borrowed back what I'd paid my dad :o

    This week I must pay (upto the 11th)
    Perfect home £85
    Virgin £95
    Rent £30
    Council Tax £40 at least.
    Dad £130 at least.
    Fine £15 at least.
    TV license £11.20

    As well as sorting the kids clothes ASAP!

    Looks like another difficult week :cool: :(

    Can I ask why you're paying your dad back right now when you're in such a tricky situation? Would he be willing to wait a month or two?

    Other than that, have you checked local charity shops etc for the kids clothes? You can get loads of bargains on Facebook selling sites locally too and kids clothes often go really cheaply.
