    Friend £900
    Dad [STRIKE]£305[/STRIKE] £280
    Mum £150
    Fine [STRIKE]£185[/STRIKE] £165

    Total [STRIKE]£1800[/STRIKE] £1695

    Plus Council tax [STRIKE]£1220.85[/STRIKE] £1103

[STRIKE]I know the total figures don'e add up because the Friend debt rises almost daily.[/STRIKE]

To make things simpler for myself so I don't look like I'm treading water I'm going to take Friend 1 out as this is OH friend and work related debt that builds daily and isn't something I can control
    Time to start again :o

so sorry to hear about your situation. Would you be able to get advice from either the CAB or one of the debt charities such as step change?

    Thank you

I have spoke to cab and half of the phone calls needed to be made have been made. I give up for today and will call the rest tomorrow.

I need to get sorted and go hunt the charity shops for some clothes for the kids.. it seems the sun makes them grow! and all the plans we had to get them on payday have obviously not paid off so mad and upset right now:o

So things arent as bad as I first thought it would be. There's still areas I can cut back on which is my aim. Need to meal plan etc and stick to it.

Need to watch for Virgin contract ending and cancel. Same as mobile phone.

I need to focus on paying the debt and keeping the kids happy.

Have some bills to pay, shopping to do and then to see if I can make payments off some debt :)

Firstly congratulations on the new addition :) you certainly have your hands full there. Does your 4 year old start reception this September or next? Sorry to hear about your OH leaving :( is it because you're paying attention to the kids more than him (rightly so) my dh walked out on us after I had the smallest two ...he came back with tail between his legs though.

When is your sky (? Tv package? ) due to end. Call them up and plead poverty, cry if need be (I find it's better than ringing the samaritans and you will save money) they should give you some sort of offer. When it's up cancel and get a freeview box (I intend to do this when my one is up)

If your debt is at 0% then I would be saving a small amount each month in case of emergency. When I was in debt I would try and put £50 away each month. It's not always achievable but if you can build up a small amount then if you have a bad month or emergency then it won't set you back.

    Take care :) xx
