I done mine online on a Thursday and it was done on the following Monday
Took a while for the paper work though.

I was hoping that mine would be that quick too
  • Mine was done online 4 weeks and 2days ago and still not heard anything.

You phone them, explain what happened and give them the correct information, I don't see how you could possibly be accused of fraud as there has clearly been none. No need to worry as far as I can see.

Thanks kevinG. I just worry with TC as I've seen some right hotter stories. Anyhow I rang them bang on 8am, and was assured as I was reporting the mistake before the July deadline and it hadn't been processed yet it was no harm done.

Thankfully, all is now as it should be 😊

    hi all

received my paperwork on Monday 16th june, rang through to give all our figures. Always been helpful on the phone to me over the years. This years paperwork did take much longer to filter through though.

We then had a small additional amount into our bank account yesterday. Have received no final paperwork as yet but sure they will follow soon.

I've no idea I'm afraid. Never worked/dealt with NHS or prescriptions etc.

I was always told you get use the certificate as long as it's in date, even if you are no longer entitled. Don't know for sure though.

I was told the same thing by TC some years ago - as long as the certificate is in date then you can continue to use it.

This was when I was self employed & thought my earnings were going to exceed whatever the maximum level was then, so I rang TC specifically to check the situation since I was having some extensive dental work.

As it worked out for me my earnings took a drop when I had a prolonged illness :( so I never got anywhere near that limit.

I have no idea what % of prescription forms are checked for eligibility.

ETA - still no renewal pack here, but I guess it will make July an exciting month
& as for some happy ending I'd rather stay single & thin :D

    Hi
Received my paperwork for my final 14/15 award.
Also came my 13/14 paperwork but it states it is only provisional. I have given the details and have never said it was estimated so I'm not sure what's going on.
Should I ring them and confirm that the figures I have given are the final figures and not an estimate?
    Thanks

Just checked my council tax/housing benefit account & it's showing new tax credits amounts on there. Nothing from tax credits themselves as yet. How accurate are these figures?

Hi am afraid I am yet another totally confused by the whole renewal malarkey.

Have received our final deciscion for 13/14 but it very confusing.

    Income for 12/13 was £19,115
    Income for 13/14 was £14,160

I had given them an estimated income 13/14 of £16,000 earlier in the year.

However we got a payment of £489 into bank as they said that was all they owed us for 13/14. Am I wrong I thought it would be worked out on £14,160 plus £2,500 disregard and that subtracted from £19,115.

So confused and they also have put under wtc entitlement a reduction of £1886.39 due to income.

    Totally confused.
