Ah the empty toilet roll left on the side

I get that in my house too. Like I said, I don't mind running round after hubby but when I have to run round after my son too ... then I get angry.

my OH walks past the recycling bin in the kitchen to put his empty lager cans next to the sink. Does he really think I am going to wash them up?

    I've got another one

Try's on new clothes in bedroom to see if they are keepers or returns.

First time on wearing the keepers, the tag is removed and placed on chest of drawers, dressing table , en suite bathroom sink whilst looking in mirror...the peddle bin doesn't get a look in upstairs.

Ps just did the tea spoon trick, placed on floor near kettle area, walked passed twice but on third pass it was rescued to the sink...not quite the dishwasher but I'm giving 7/10 for effort!

I love my dishwasher :D saves me so much time and my water bill (metered) has come down since not washing up by hand.

I'm glad I'm single now!! My ex was so lazy, he would also leave stuff lying everywhere, would just leave all plates etc beside the sink rather than putting them in dishwasher.

My biggest bugbear though was when he would eventually do some piece of housework (very rare!) and he would say - "I've emptied the dishwasher for you". Arghhhhhhhhhhh!! Seriously? Like it's my job to do it and he's done me a bloody favour.

I recently started a new job where I have to work away from home for four days a week. I have noticed that the bed linen doesn't get changed when I'm not around - three weeks ago was the last change, and what really annoyed me was that he mentioned that it needed changing yesterday because one of the cats had thrown up on it! Does it really take a sick cat's vomit for him to decide the sheets need changing, and then to mention it in such a way that it's still obviously my job to do it?! For the record, I was deliberately leaving the sheets unchanged to see how long it would take him to notice. I think if the cat hadn't been sick, they'd be stiff as boards by now! And to top it off, he's had a stuffy nose for months (methinks he's not figured out that dusting and changing sheets might actually help clear his nose) and after changing the manky sheets this morning, I found half a dozen crispy tissues down the back of the headboard - when there's a bin two feet from his side of the bed!

Don't get me started on his hoarding habits, or using the floor as a wardrobe!

See now my husband piles up the dirty plates, pots etc in the sink, and that drives me mad!! I then have to empty it all out to fill the washing up bowl with water!

He also puts empty packaging back in the cupboard/fridge/wherever he got it from. And toilet roll tubes on top of the bathroom bin (although that's an improvement from on the windowsill next to the toilet)...

Oh my god - my husband is exactly the same. And my biggest annoyance, using bread, and not sealing the bag up, just leaving it open.! When my husband leaves plates etc in the sink, they are always 'soaking'....yeah right, until the water is cold and scummy. Toilet roll tubes, on the windowsill or on the floor near the bin.

If that was my OH I'd have said 'That's nice dear' and slept on the sofa.
