Wow it's been a while since I've posted anything here. Hello  Is anybody still here? :o

Life has been extremely busy with work and building work going on. It's been good at times but there is one aspect of our lives which is not going according to plan and is causing me a lot of emotional stress if I'm honest. I'm not going to go into details at the moment but probably will at some point.

Anyway, I wanted to reconnect with all you guys and the general positive outlook and supportive atmosphere of the MFW world:)

I'm sure I'll be back with a financial update and a few 'to do' lists, but for now I'm going to be nosy and try to catch up on some threads.

    Evening all

I know I am trying to maintain a positive approach but my friend had to have her horse put to sleep yesterday so I started the day with tears :( .

In an effort to focus on the positives, I had an acceptable day at work today! Still a ridiculous list of things to do but at least no more were added.

I have also been experimenting with a nutribullet (borrowed from mum so very :money:) and have been easily getting more than my 5-a-day over the weekend. I've slept well and had some exercise so at least I've achieved something positive.

Off to bed now, hope to have a proper catch-up soon,

Hello, welcome back. It sounds as if things are a bit up and down at the moment, but hopefully the postives will mount up and outweigh the negatives

Hi Gg, yes it's a bit of a roller coaster at the moment! It will either improve or it won't. Glad to be back on here though :)

Thanks Al (can I still call you that?)

Life just got in the way. It's this silly full-time teaching thing you see - I'm not cut out for it!

Going for horsey cuddles tomorrow :)

I will catch-up with your new diary soon xx

So, how has this week been? Busy busy busy as usual!

I have managed to keep going with the healthy eating, I've taken all my supplements and had more than my 5-day except for yesterday (does the lime in a G & T count? :o).

I haven't done as much juicing as I would have liked...shall we say my digestive system needs a bit more time to get used to the increase in fibre?:rotfl:

I had a couple of days where I felt a bit down but on the whole this week has been much brighter than last week.

Today I have mostly been trying to avoid facebook and all the hatred which is being written :(

Ok, where did that week go?

Life is so busy at the moment and work is even crazier than normal. I almost feel like planning and teaching my class are getting in the way of all the paperwork I've got to do. It's the wrong way around!

Anyway, it's the weekend and I can't wait to catch up with everyone's diaries but not sure if I'll have time :o

I really need to do a money update too at some point! :money:

Totally get the world going mad and running out of time. Am on here catching up instead of blitzing own muddles!
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
