Take care, Tilly x
Thanks Tilly
I've got a bit of a pain at the moment but not sure if it's the same thing starting againAnyway, I'm taking it easy this morning and will see how it goes.
Just had a look at OHs internet banking to update his spreadsheets - why do we bother buying him food for lunches when he seems to go to Mr Ts every day?!
I hate waiting for things, I've been waiting for an expenses cheque for ages now and was told it would be here this week but still no sign of it
We also managed to get all the paperwork to the mortgage company so we are waiting for a phone call from them. When that all goes through I can breathe a sigh of relief as it's been a long and drawn-out process.
Later I hope to:- wash towels
- Declutter, sort and clean the spare room a.k.a room of doom
- Workout a.k.a. stretching with a bit of gentle pilates if I feel up to it
- Walk dogs
- Try to tick off a few items on the wedding 'to do' list
- Paint nails - haven't been done for ages and they're dreadful
- Possibly consider listing some carp on ebay, otherwise it's going to the charity shop

Oooh - forgot that I'm also waiting for a refund for some shoes via ebay. Don't want to forget in case I need to chase that up
Definitely having a lazy morning...maybe I should get out of bed soon...

I had a nice lazy morning and stayed in bed until nearly 10am
:eek::)
I was updating spreadsheets and browsing on here thoughI added a new honeymoon spreadsheet to the wedding file as we are saving for it separately.
The towels are almost done and the room of doom is tidy and clean. Quite a bit of stuff recycled, binned or put away. I've also transferred a chunk of my ebay pile to the charity shop pile as I'm only going to bother with things that are worth my time and effort to sell. More needs to be done and I suspect I'll bin a load more when it comes to packing it all up - that really gets my decluttering motivation going! Am ignoring OH's clothes mountain on the spare bed and have added that to his 'to do' list :rotfl:
I've just vacuumed the living room for the third time in two days so that I can do some yoga without ending up hairier than a yeti! Mum's dog is staying with us and she sheds more fur than both of mine put together then multiplied by 100  I'm genuinely excited about having a mega vacuuming session when she goes - it gets everywhere  :rotfl:"It is often said that before you die your life passes before your eyes. So today:
- Washed towels, now drying over the fire
- Decluttered and cleaned spare room
- Vacuumed up tons of dog hair - again
- Did a short pilates session
- Tried new shampoo - hair is much better :T
- Walked dog, only the one as I can't manage all three on my own and would feel guilty leaving just one behind
- Posted letter and updated RM
- Had a little read and a snooze in bed
- Had no scary pain :j Still off to the doc's in the morning though
Feeling pretty tired and lacking any get up and go for the rest of the week. I've got to the point where there are things I should do but it won't really matter if I don't get them done! Friday will be schoolwork day and I'm dreading it "It is often said that before you die your life passes before your eyes. It is in fact true. It's called living." How annoying. The real life doctor thinks the same thing as Dr Google so now I have to have a scan. If I do have this particular condition and I continue to get pain then the only treatment is surgery. I've already got four scars from a laparoscopy so another four and you'll be able to draw a dot-to-dot picture on my stomach  Oh, and I'm terrified of having another op
I forgot to ask how long the phone call will be which is annoyingThe only glimmer of hope is that I may only rarely or even never have the pain again and as I know google only represents the worst cases, I am hopeful this might be true for me.
Also we shouldn't ttc until we see the scan so it had better hurry up! Don't these people know we've got a plan to stick to ?!:rotfl:
I really wish I could ring my mum but she's thousands of miles away. I could contact her via a friend on facebook but I also wouldn't want to worry her and ruin her holiday.
Anyway, I don't want to mope all day, despite the fact that it's grey and raining here. I'm going to have a day off from the list. I've still got a few things to do but I'm not going to rush or stress over it. I'm going to start by checking the internet banking (I know how to have fun!) then catch up on a few blogs"It is often said that before you die your life passes before your eyes. It is in fact true. Have a restful day
I know exactly what you mean about dog hair. I am sure I could make clothes from the mountain of dog hair which gets vacuumed up. I could easily vacuum daily (I don't but do sweep through daily).

I can't wait to have wooden floors! It's much easier to sweep than vacuum. Sometimes I'm sure it smells 'doggy' in here but I think its just a combination of the dogs and being a damp old house - roll on the renovation!"It is often said that before you die your life passes before your eyes. Here's hoping the scan is sooner rather than later
try not to stress in the meantime, though that's easier said than done.
I've got a few new blog posts if you fancy a read...Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Thanks, I'm feeling more annoyed than worried! Strangely calm in fact which is unusual to say the leastI called the receptionist and she said I should hear from them by the end of next week so at least I've got a time scale.
I'm completely up to date with your blog, was reading in the waiting room this morning
I thought I'd cancel a couple of old credit cards this morning as the 0% deals had ended but I'm so bad at getting through telephone security! Mr T bank has blocked my card and I have to wait for new security details. I then found the forgotten code in a notebook after I got off the phone
Then called S@ntander to get an additional card for Mr J and the girl on the other end was very odd! Should get a decision and card within 7 days though so not too bad.
Finally called C@pital 1 and after being on hold for about 5 minutes the card was cancelled in what felt like 30 seconds!
I want to apply for a new 0% card in case of emergencies with the wedding or building work but am waiting for the remortgage to go through before I start.
Still waiting for...- Mortgage
- Expenses cheque - will send another e-mail if it doesn't arrive tomorrow
- Ebay refund - will send them a message in a moment
Did I mention I hate waiting???
