Nettle tea is my fave atm

    In my cupboard I have:

    "Regular" tea
    green tea
    dandelion tea
    raspberry leaf tea
    chamomile tea
    barley coffee (very good substitute)
Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.

Hey you are doing the best you can
Don't let people beat you up

I think thinking about what you eat is a good start.

I do think you have to be careful not to get too focussed on every calorie.
For example I am still weighing myself every morning despite being happy with my size. Is that good? Probably not. 1lb up and I am not happy for the day.

finding a fun exercise to do has been key for me though.

    Thank you

Tbh I am quite pedantic when it comes to calories, if I can't count the calories I won't have it

Not dissimilar to nettle tea. A bit like hay, lol. With a slice of lemon in it, it's very refreshing.

I have to admit I do weigh myself everyday but only because I have an app that predicts trends and stuff so the more date I put in the more accurate it is, plus I see patterns like my weight seems to spike the day after my proper weigh in (Thursday) but tends to drop after that.

But I only weigh myself properly (and do bmi/fat %/water %) and measurements once a week. I try not to take much notice if the daily weights.

Yuk, I can imagine the sort! The Co-op ones really are very good indeed. Think there's about 4 or 5 varieties and all are equally as tasty.

This is the ham and mushroom one. I usually eat a quarter of it with some salad.

Theres no co-op within ten miles or so of me. Shame, shop closed due to not being able to compete with asda. I dont eat cheese anyway, but I can get no cheese ones when I go somewhere like tony macaroni, but that's occasional.

The problem is, in some towns, its full of supermarkets but not the ones that might do the healthier options.

Having said that, in times gone by when I did eat cheese, Id eat ones from lidl which had a thin crust and lots of veg, nothing like the kind youd get from a takeaway and I mean that in a good way.
