I either eat too much or eat less. It's a pain lol
I have to admit when I cut everything out I eat far too little, some days it was as little as 900 calories a day!0 -

Not all the pizzas from supermarket are rubbish or unhealthy. I usually buy stone-baked artisan sourdough base ones with a range of healthy toppings such as the Co-op's Truly Irresistible Goat's Cheese and Beetroot Chutney. They're incredibly tasty too!“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -

I think Tink2 has Iceland's own brand. That one of yours sounds like something I might have a go of :-)******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0 -

Yuk, I can imagine the sort! The Co-op ones really are very good indeed. Think there's about 4 or 5 varieties and all are equally as tasty.
This is the ham and mushroom one. I usually eat a quarter of it with some salad.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
That looks good. When I do a home made one (not for ages, might have to do one this weekend) I crush some garlic into passata and stir basil leaves into it, then leave it for an hour or so to infuse, and use that on the base. Sliced mozzarella, red onion, peppers, parma ham or similar, a bit of grated mozzarella, black pepper. Perfect. And since I suddenly, inexplicably, like mushrooms after hating them for 44 years, next time I do one I'll put mushrooms on too.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0

That's why I said vegan plus fish.... So you don't like nuts either.. what DO you like eating?
There's no way you'd be overweight if you ate fish and vegetables and rice
You've been packing away the pizza, sausages, crisps and goodness knows what else.
Can you switch to wholemeal bread and pasta and rice? They'd at least fill you up more.

There's nothing wrong with the tuna and sweet corn pizzaAngry_Bear wrote: »Homemade dough freezes really well so you can make it in big bathces. You still have to be bothered to make it once though
You might well find that after you've been having one pizza a week as a treat for a while it doesn't feel like such a big step to only have it once a month. For me, when I first changed my diet, switching to one takeaway a week felt like a big deal - now I probably only have one very other month. But if I'd tried to do it all at once it would have felt impossible and I would have given up.

I may end up doing that, who knows
Me and my OH have decided to lay off the energy drinks for a while, we are having them almost daily and it's affecting our sleep (7 hours in two days)
So yeah, another thing that's gone0 -
