    Do you like smoked salmon?
Could have smoked salmon with scrambled eggs or with some Philly on a sandwich thin

All fresh fruit, veg, lean meats, fish, low fat yoghurts and eggs are completely free you can eat as much as you need to make you feel full and stave off hunger. You also have to have a certain amount of fibre and dairy a day. Everything else does have a syn value you are allowed 10-15 syns a day should you choose. I have even known off people in my class banking all their syns to use on one day.
As a test I used the my fitness pal to see how many cals were in my average daily food intake. I was eating more food than I used to so was curious. It turned out I was probably eating somewhere between 1200 and 1600 cals.
I have struggled with my weight since I was 18 and weight just kept piling on no matter what I ate or how much exercise I did turned out I had an under active thyroid. I'm still trying to lose the weight and I am now 28 and on the correct dosage. From years of not worrying about what I eat I'm now having to completely overall the way I see food. It's not the angel, devil or temptress.
It doesn't help that I'm working with an old ankle injury that hasn't properly healed either. I am trying though taking each day at a time. It is a struggle.

Wow didn't mean to write an essay lol!

Have you actually asked the question? There are people at my gym with all sorts of health issues, doesn't stop them making the effort though.

A guy in a wheelchair comes to a core based class I go to.

  • tbh it's the only plan that works for me I hate counting cals .

I tried running for the first time on Tuesday it's something I have always wanted to do but lacked the confidence to get out there. I always envisioned people pointing and laughing but no one really batted an eyelid in my direction. I was quite proud of myself for doing it.

Having a relaxed evening meal tomorrow night though as it was my birthday Wednesday and we are either going out for an Italian meal or my husband is cooking for me I have left the choice up to him. I'm looking forward to it whichever one we end up doing.

Going to the shop leaves me struggling to get out of bed, I struggle to do my physio and that would be considered easy by people so I'll pass on the gym

Even if I was able to exercise we have weights at home so there would be no point in paying for a gym

Why weights when it's obvious your Cardio Vascular and Pulmonary fitness is what's knackered? Try some gentle exercise, Chi-ball, active living etc, ask for a referal from your GP.

    I've found no-one actually cares. But I've had a few nice comments.:o

When I run I look like Jonny Depp running along the beach in Pirates of the Caribbean, arms and feet everywhere. Hence me only doing it at the gym, and only as intervals.
