Correction - that you've not even tried to use. Most will offer pay as you go membership so you can try it out. Any more excuses?
Going to the shop leaves me struggling to get out of bed, I struggle to do my physio and that would be considered easy by people so I'll pass on the gym

Exercise will give you more energy, as will losing weight and getting fit. But don't worry about those little facts, we know you'll still find another excuse not to help yourself.0 -
