How does being tired stop you from counting calories? I'm *constantly* tired (late nights, early mornings, work, exercise, busy life), but I manage.
I hate to sound harsh, and I know I do, but you need to stop finding excuses if you genuinely want to lose weight.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0 -
