I have made sure I've had fruit today (grapes nom!) and I'll be having home made tuna pasta bake later so it won't be so bad

So I weighed myself today and I've lost 2lbs! Despite not counting calories

My OH has a theory that its because I've cut red meat out

    So happy! :D

That's 19.4lbs in total I've lost this year, going from 223.6lbs to 204.2lbs

Congrats Tinks :j now, you know I'm not one to pick - however; I thought you were pescetarian? So how did you cut out the red meat you weren't eating in the first place?

    Well it's not that then!

Weigh tomorrow and do it at the same time after waking and visiting the loo.Weight fluctuates throughout the day and from day to day,up to a few pounds.

Well it is because I haven't been counting calories since my last weigh in in may

Why would I weigh tomorrow, there's no need

    I think you'll find it isn't Tinks.

Whatever it is,if it's actual loss, well done. But remember it takes a calorie defecit (or cutting carbs to reduce initial bloat!)
