I am sure you have read that debt collectors cannot take you to court, only the landowner or the PPC themselves

so one letter from Roxy or 1000 letters from Roxy is irrelevant to all , its meaningless toilet paper (same as from DRP or Rossendales or Newlyns)

what happens next ? who knows, maybe the 6 years will pass and then the statute will have run out on MCOL on each and every ticket

the only time anyone here is really interested in your letters is if one was an LBC or if one was an MCOL from Northampton or from Salford

until that happens, file and forget

but any letters from the trust or landowners etc, those are interesting too

After sending another 3 letters, I finally got a call yesterday. It was from an unknown number. I simply asked them to send me court papers and kept the phone. Let's see if they indeed send one!

Just to update; I haven't heard anything from them since the call in December. Hopefully they've closed my case now. Thanks for your help!
