I see that -46 is now an option. Not sure if that was the case when this thread was started.

This is the answer I got when I first did this puzzle, but having read your comments I am not sure which to choose.

    Any thoughts?

Edit: Actually forget the question. I hadn't read the 2nd page of this thread.:o

As - 46 is not an option I suggest we go with 100

I think you will find -46 is an option...

So who remembers BODMAS from school then - I got 100 too :p
I used BODMAS as well but I got -46. You have to do the multiplication before addition and subtraction. I held off sending in 100 as the answer as I thought that they may have to alter their options since it was clearly wrong(or at least they did not specify enough info in the question in the first place). Ii should prove quite interesting what totalfilm do about all the wrong 100 answers. I am betting that they allow them to count if they were entered before the change of options.

Thanks for the link, I've entered as '100' (as I entered before finishing reading the thread) & so I've just got my boyfriend to enter with '-46' so we are still in with one chance of winning :)
Sad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out
