Don't know if this counts as 'roadkill', but I was putting my trolley away in Morrisons, and something caught my eye in the next empty trolley - it was a 'save £4 off your next £50 shop' voucher! Great!

Persuaded the kids to walk to the supermarket instead of taking the car - money walk as we pass several bus stops and found 5p which the littlest person claimed as her own. :)
That's it Welshlassie train her up young and then she won't want to throw her money away when she is older. :)

Another 3 x 1ps found today. Woo Hoo

Not found much for ages even with the kids being off but got off to a start with the Exotic road kill with 1 cent found in Aldi :rotfl:. Not sure how far this will go on my holiday to Greece!

Never too late to join Boo Radley, the more the merrier, we'll do a big count up at the end of the month.

Just back from sunny Spain, and found a grand total of 5 cents - not through the lack of trying, much to my OH disgust lol!!!

Went for a walk along the seafront today, had a quick look around the amusements to see if I could find any coins that had fallen out the machines and managed to find 85p. Brings my total for April up to £1.44 :)

  • Please can I join too.

Years ago I got really excited when I found a £1 coin on the floor at a market (I was about 7 then) but not really found anything since except for a few 2p's in a 2p machine at the seaside a couple of years ago. I used to be really lucky at finding coins but don't have much luck anymore (all the times my Mum told me to hold my head up high and not look at the ground, stopped that lol).

But I would love to start up again and it will motivate me to do more walking. I will count my partners roadkills in our totals too as he finds a lot abandoned at work that people have just thrown away

Found another 5p today on the grass at the park with my littlest person again, she was miles away on the swings so no way she could claim that one :)
