OP states she did not start taking the pill again after the 7 day break0 -
As above, please refrain from medical advice.

I then have not taken the pill since after having my break.burnoutbabe wrote: »if you took the pill as described, and the 7 day pill free period was one you were supposed to take and you started next packet on day 28, you won't be pregnant (or highly unlikely)
The OP hasn't restarted the pill.0 -
As far as I'm aware you're covered for the seven day break. So have sex with no condom then, all good. But if you don't start the pill again the first day you should start it again, is the day you will not be protected from. I wouldn't be at all worried about being pregnant.
I wouldn't test until predicted day of next period. Tests are less accurate the earlier they're done so I would at least wait that long. As I said I personally wouldn't be worried though.0 -
All of the pregnancy symptoms, including morning sickness - but I wasn't on the pill. If as everyone says you are covered during your 7 day break, and you haven't had unprotected sex since the then you are probably not pregnant.52% tight0

I've heard that sperm can live up to a week inside you?0

0.001% or 99% likely, none of us can tell for you. Go and get a pregnancy test and get it over and done with, then you'll know for sure!
It could be pregnancy, but as said, it could be ovulation pains. It could be because of you not going back on the pill - you may even find it period pains and that you come on again shortly, the pill affects you hormonally and just stopping it (which is what you've effectively done) doesn't mean you go back to your regular cycle straight away.0 -
I have to ask OP, why did you put URGENT in the thread title?0
